  November 4, 2015 - Excellent, 14.5% alc. 42% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 19% Malbec, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon
  Colour: deep black berry
  Bouquet: red and black berry, mud, spice, dried herbs, espresso coffee
  Palate: as bouquet, soft tannins, ultra dry espresso coffee character, almost bitter, hay, long finish, medium body, very clean but sumptuous

  July 18, 2012 - Smells like ham. The taste is a little bitter, even after decanting. Hopefully will be better with pizza.

  June 9, 2012 - Medium ruby with a purple tinge, clear.
  Herbs and smoke ooze out of the glass, with blackcurrant and blueberries behind.
  Similar in the mouth, the fruit first with a mint & herbal finish.
  Balanced, with a medium body, medium- acidity and soft ripe tannins.
  Complex, but such easy drinking. Last bottle, must buy more.

  December 18, 2011 - To me, it's more like a Rhone. But as a blend of four varieties, expect more complexities.
