  March 5, 2012 - Bouquet: Straw, crisp honeydew, small amounts of margerine. Palate: Wet mid and finish, dry front with tart tones on the finish that linger as well. Mild butter and oak, well rounded and a small amount of smokey rose.

  December 3, 2011 - I am such a Demetria fan! I can't write as descriptively as others - I only know what I like in a wine and what I will share with friends or in a wine where I will buy more. A good, fun chardonnay that won't disappoint. It is gratifying that Demetria is starting to get some industry recognition as well. If you get to Los Olivos you should call and enjoy some good wines at a great tasting experience.

  May 28, 2011 - Aroma of pear, apple, taste of wet stone with a nice acidic finish. Note: serve at cellar temperature! A lot of the wonderful acidity and minerality is lost if over-chilled. Should hold up nicely for 2-3 years at least.
