December 4, 2015 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like blueberry cake, black olive, rose, bark and a hint of basil. It tastes like blueberry, cherry and sherry. The body is medium. The wine has a velvety texture. The wine finishes medium and has low acidity.
