February 26, 2014 - This is so anti-Sauvignon Blanc moderne. The oak treatment changes it into something full, spicy and maybe herbal(?). That said, it does what it does really well and enjoyed it with panko chicken.

January 21, 2014 - Pleasantly fresh and giving no hint of its age. SB influences barely noticeable in a commercially attractive and well crafted offering

August 26, 2013 - Flight 2, USA, Wine 3 (blind): The wine was pale yellow/green in colour and offered citrus notes, gooseberry, some apple and oak aromas on the nose. On the palate the medium-bodied wine showed lemon, apple, asparagus, some vegetal notes, a hint of ice bonbon and moderate oak influence, paired with a creamy texture, medium-plus acidity and average length. The wine was slightly bitter, with moderate complexity and concentration. Drink now or over the next few years.

May 7, 2013 - A nice SB. Citrus on the palate with well-defined acidity. An excellent food wine.

February 18, 2013 - Served with hors d'oeuvres at this year's cassoulet. Nice sauvignon blanc, more like a French than a new world SB, good QPR.
