July 7, 2012 - Medium salmon color for rose. Upon opening a hint of strawberry and a more dominant cherry flavor. On a second day the strawberry becomes even more of an undertone and the cherry flavors become complex with different tones of cherry flavor developing throughout the travel of the wine over the tongue. Deeper in flavor and more complex than almost any rose (and I like roses) that I have had.
