But the highest compliment of all was the Spousal Unit’s comment of, “This goes down too easily.” So good, we had to open a second bottle. It’s a 50/50 blend of Rousanne and Grenache Blanc that delivers apple, pear, lychee and a hint of petrol and a finish of mineral. Gobs of lip smacking white fruit; the type that leaves juice dripping from the corners of your mouth. 13.8% alc. With lemon chicken in onion sauce. Recommended leaning to Highly Recommended.
