August 26, 2018 - Still fresh and youthful. Lime blossom, peach. Med body, touch of dissolved gas visually evident. Med-plus finish. Vibrant light straw color and very bright, med high acidity. Impressive. Nearing peak. Drink now-2025.

February 13, 2012 - Nice light with crisp minerality and citrus flavors. A hint of sweetness though labeled Trocken. Good varietal flavor we nice acid finish. A simple pleasant drink.

September 23, 2011 - 12% abv and 8g of sugar wine made from grapes from different parcels in the Rheingau. Nose is relatively simple, with apple, honey, cirus fruit and stony minerality. Mouth is very clean but has concentration which is enhanced by a feeling of off-dryness (although it is labeled trocken (<9g/l sugar)). It is of the style of Weingut Robert Weil to produce rounder, more perfumed, sweeter tasting than most in the Rheingau and never austere wines - this is a typical example. Acidity is high nevertheless although body is just medium. Finish was slightly bitter and phenolic.

September 23, 2011 - Lemon-green with simple but expressive nose offering wine lees, minerality and green fruit. Off-dry/8g r.s on palate with lively acidity/8.5g tartaric that lifts fruit and medium- body. Well made with chalky texture. Medium in length

August 27, 2011 - Frisk. Fruktig. Bra lengde og fin ettersmak. Godt kjøp. Kommer til å kjøpe denne igjen.
