August 24, 2013 - 12.5% - Clear, med to light ruby / clean, med intensity - redcurrant and cranberry, underbrush, dry leaves - just like entering a forest during automn, black tea with a citrus peel finish / dry, med to high acidity, med- body, med to low fine grained tannins, med intensity, great fruit concentration from the ripe vintage, it remains a bit austere at first, but will most likely open up with some air and time as the previous bottles

March 29, 2013 - Very pale colored and with fragrance of strawberry and cherry. Excellent nose, Slightly sweet, accessible today. Excellent value for the price point.

December 23, 2012 - 12.5% - Clear, med to light ruby / clean, med intensity - redcurrant, crushed raspberry, forest floor and subtil truffle / dry, med+ acidity, med- body, med intensity, med to low silky tannin, creamy texture. Paired this one with crepes stuffed with duck confit in a cranberry, red wine sauce and fresh apricot and grilled pecans.

Finished the 2nd bottle on Day 2 - and it kept evolving in the right direction which suggests a nice future ahead.

These bottles were slightly better than the one opened 5 months ago.

September 3, 2012 - No formal note. Had this one with roasted chicken on the BBQ. Very fruit forward at it's young age with undertone notes of mocha. Very pleasant wine that kept evolving and unfolding a few layers as it went down. Could probably wait further for the other ones, but I really enjoyed the stage it's at right now. Good Q/P.
