October 21, 2012 - Citrus and grapefruit and a little pear with a smooth slightly buttery texture. Paired nicely with salmon and tempura shrimp maki (roll) sushi.

March 7, 2012 - I am extremely disappointed with this wine. I think it leverages the label beyond it's limited. The wine can be summed up with 3 words steel and citrus. As with most Sauv Blanc this wine is sharp it also has loads of lemon and lime flavors. Unfortunately almost anything from New Zealand will deliver this at 1/3 the price.
Remember you don't drink the label. -

September 12, 2011 - Consumed at our vacation rental in Sonoma County (Graton). Nose: Expressive aromas of grapefruit and lemon grass. Palate: Medium bodied, good acidity, tropical fruit, very creamy and smooth towards the back-end which leads to a satisfying finish dominated nice ripe tropical fruit sensations.
