Good job. I tried to pair it with Monkfish baked with lemon zest and garlic. As for the taste it worked not bad but as the body is concerned the wine was too light. monkfish needs something more fleshy. Anyway nothing to complain.

Œil : paille claire, viscosité modérée en parois
Nez : projection d'intensité moyenne à faible, frais, fruité (agrumes), herbacé, pointe de fenouil, simple et invitant
Bouche : sec, ample-mince, attaque délicate et vibrante, acidité modérée, rafraîchissante, très légère amertume agréable, bel équilibre, plutôt court, rétro citronnnée, herbacée, mentholée, frais et agréable
Conclusion : simple, sans prétention, dans un style léger et délicat, très bien fait pour le rang, un peu court, mais à ce prix on peut l'allonger par le volume!! ;) Boire sans attendre. 85-86
