February 3, 2021 - Pnp. Light and elegant. Good immediately. Didn't evolve much. Rose petals, raspberry, lime peel. Complex and interesting with long finish

May 9, 2020 - I tasted this at the end of March via Coravin and decided it was time to open to pair with Italian chicken cutlets and pasta with homemade sauce. The pairing was perfect!
The wine was a brick red typical of aged Brunello. Swirling and sniffing yielded dried red fruits and sage notes. Smooth well integrated tannins with just enough acidity to cut through the sauce. Long finish that cleanses the palate after rack sip. Enjoyed another 1/2 glass after dinner streaming Netflix shows.

March 27, 2020 - Grabbed this quickly from the cellar for a small pour via Coravin to match a wonderful homemade Italian dinner prepared by my dear wife during out Covid-19 isolation week. Nice wine with loads of strawberries and I last tasted this 5+ years ago and wouldn't hesitate to pop the cork sooner than later.

January 17, 2020 - Opened my last bottle tonight. Beautiful. Light fruit, mild tannins. A touch of spiciness. Worth every penny I paid for this eight years ago.

    August 21, 2017 - Sadly last bottle..nose is licorice , cherry, leather , herbs...
Gosh what an expressive interesting nose.....
Palate is smooth fruit of cherry plum wrapped in an herbal chocolate finish.....finish lasts.....this is truly a fabulous wine that has so many
    Layers to discover...great drinking window...
