  August 3, 2014 - Very well balanced with aromas of black/dark berries that carry through on the pallet. Nice ruby/purple color. Great smooth finish.

  July 28, 2014 - Blueberry, blackberry fruit, almost raisin-y. Some root beer mid-palate. Bright purple color and nice mouth feel. Not much acidity or tannin to finish. One trick pony.

  December 27, 2012 - Blueberry, cola, and some coffee notes on the nose (after being decanted for about an hour). A fruitier blueberry and strawberry textured zin than many with less pepper and spice notes. Nice!

  November 24, 2011 - Ever so slightly bitter (compared to other Zins), fruit flavors bursting out, earth is existent but subtle. Could use another year or two in the bottle to hit its peak. Overall, a great choice to open with turkey for Thanksgiving.
