May 21, 2013 - Still holding up well. Silky, smooth and mellow, but fruit still vibrant.

September 15, 2012 - Very good but not as well rounded as it could be. Compared to a Ribera del Duero drank the same night, it does not have the complexity or finish of the Spanish wine. Nose of black licorice and black cherries. Plum and dark berries on the nose. Tannins okay, but acid is light and short to medium finish.
