  October 23, 2023 - (Disgorged in September 2022, base year 2019 without reserves, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, dosage 7 gr/l)
  Youthful nose showing minerals and red apples with a hint of oakiness and some gingerbread as well. Nice and smooth with a red apples acidity showing a sweetness on the mid and late.
  (Probably best with 2-5 years extra cellaring)

  December 27, 2022 - This was a nice champagne that punched well above its price point. Toast, citrus with some stone fruit on the nose. Bread with a dusty minerality and more stone fruit than citrus on the pallet. Great mouthfeel and finish. Really enjoyed this 92--93
