February 24, 2020 - opened....clear, dark purple..hidden fruit on the nose....changes every 20 mins....no off putting or out of balance qualities. Strawberries, dust, mushrooms, tartness...20 mins later fruit disappears and tar comes in with pronounced tannins....20 mins later tannins soften and fruit comes back. will bottle age and enjoy!
