April 6, 2024 - Similar to last bottle; still holding strong. Only slight niggle is that oak seems to bit too present. Lovely, complex and beautiful wine. Perfect pairing with veal and goat cheese.

August 22, 2021 - Yellow, light bouquet. Decanted for beauty of wine’s color and drank immediately, which was fine. Vibrant, bright. Paired nicely with veal and goat cheese.

August 23, 2018 - Pale lemon. Started out lean, Chablis like, good lemony citrus fruits, flinty, smoky. With air, gained weight with sharp acidity, depth, buttery, toasty oak. So focus, so long.

salivating fruit on the palate. medium length and would have liked a bit more but still quite good
