  July 15, 2021 - 2 of 3 opened at 4:00 served at 7:00. Bright ruby red color with aging rim, engaging sour cherry nose. This wine has gained focus and richness since my last bottle in 2014. Now a solid performer, could still pick up a little more depth over the next five years.

  April 10, 2021 - Black and red cherry throughout with abundant Asian five spice and earth. Perhaps not quite the Grand Cru density I would expect from this vintage, but better length, finishing with charming finesse. Best to enjoy over the next few years.
