May 17, 2014 - Nez sur les cerises surettes et l'encens puis viennent s'ajouter avec l'aération de superbes notes florales. L'attaque en bouche est soyeuse et délicate puis prend lentement de l'ampleur et vient littéralement nous submerger de petits fruits rouges acidulés. Les tanins bien que poli par les quelques années de cave font néanmoins leur apparition pour ajouter une certaine structure et nous amène vers une très longue finale qui nous fait saliver jusqu'à la prochaine fois ! Miam! Miam !
