November 20, 2011 - This drank even better this time around, peaking with about 5-10 minutes of air and fading over the next 30 minutes. Really fresh and alive, with bright stone fruit flavors to complement the lightly sherried, vegetal overtones.

May 15, 2011 - Leth Tasting with Franz Leth (Block 7 Wine Co. - Houston): My first birth year wine. Chamomile, bell pepper, Marcona almonds on the nose with some sherry notes. Dry, nutty, green bean palate with only slight oxidation and some definite signs of life. A really great experience to try this.
