  April 13, 2018 - My experiment has apparently failed, the wine has not aged well. The nose is good but the palate is horrid. Displeasing on the front and sour on the back. Three sips over two nights and it went down the drain.

  May 12, 2016 - This was an experiment to see how $13 Bordeaux aged. Bought on release and stored in my cellar.
  Popped and poured. Very dark garnet. Heavy legs.
  Nose: cherry and that is all I get.
  Palate: muted fruit, more muted than I remember on release. A little bitter on the finish but good with food.
  
  For $13 I would say it is a good daily drinker and could last a little longer. I have one more bottle and I am not sure if I will hold it longer or drink it in the next month or so. It is definetely better within a year or three but not bad overall for the price.
