Community Tasting Notes 2

May 30, 2012 - Stony, wet minerals with a darkish, almost NZ-like warm fruit to it. High acidity, impeccable structure. Quite demanding on its own, great with food.

March 18, 2012 - Best after 2 days in opened bottle. Lots of mineral; gunpowder, stones. Strawberries. Light body, very high acidity. A bit light on the fruit .
