May 1, 2018 - Light yellow color. In the nose, this is a typical Weiser-Künstler Riesling with white rather than yellow fruit, strong notes of spontaneous fermentation, somewhat silvery in overall appearance. In the mouth, it's ultra-light, almost lean, very strong acidity, a bit too strong for my taste, but the acidity is well integrated despite the light body. Rather short finish.
