Glass: Gabriel Standard and Sophienwald Bordeaux
Bottle opened at noon, double decanted. Drunk about 8-10h later.
Clear, pale golden color. Classic Halenberg nose, a bit dark and smoky. Pressure, tension, vibrant acidity. Rather cool on the palate, fine yellow fruit, herbaceous, very long. Same level as the Hermannshöhle. 93-942 people found this helpful Comment -
