  September 29, 2015 - Plenty of ripe red and blue fruit (mostly on the palate, less so on the nose). Alcohol overwhelms, especially on the nose. Fully integrated tannins. Plenty of sediment. Definitely not a wine for me - prefer more balanced wines.

  March 23, 2013 - Poured into decanter. Dark dense color. Nose floral, smokey charcoal. dark fruits. Palate is full bodied and smooth. Blackberry, smoke with hint of spice on the finish. Heavy sediment in bottle and glass due to age and unfined/filtered but drinking incredible right now. Would repeat purchase. 4,13,16,6=89

  October 8, 2011 - Tasting at Teldeschi: Aromas of dark fruit and florals dominate, with a subtle meaty undertone. Full-bodied with firm, chalky tannins and flavors of black fruit, spice and pepper.
