August 29, 2012 - Grenache, Counoise and Syrah. In the glass, brilliant salmon. On the palate, a melange of red berries with watermelon and tropical fruit notes. On the heavier side for a rosé, but nicely balanced with a memorable and lingering finish. Enjoyable as a summertime sipper, but pairs well with spicy Indian food or seafood dishes. One of the best domestic rosé wines.

July 30, 2012 - we had it tonight indoors as it was a bit hot outside and needed to break it out. An odd sugary sediment in the bottle and for sure too fruity for my old world palate. Ok with the cheese and crackers before dinner, and meant to be consumed in the hot Paso Robles climes. Could have been better considering the price this place charges. juice for the masses?

January 6, 2012 - Bright pink and salmon colored. This rose was much more viscous and dense than most. Watermelon, candied raspberries, and strawberries were abundant. I'm not a fan of rose's but this wine, as with most Epoch wines, was delightful.

December 25, 2011 - Very tasty as an aperitif. Relatively dense and dark for a rosé. Good concentration of flavors with decent acidity. Not as bright as I normally like my rosé, but tasty none-the-less.

December 3, 2011 - Good rose. Nothing to memorable other than the full bodied mouthfeel.
