November 16, 2013 - Opened prior ro taking to BYOB resturerant. Upon arrival (sbout 30 minutes coler had chaned to pale gold, obviously oxidizing. But oxidation made it better, taking on a big white burgundy mouth feel with still ample acidity and fruit. Still drinkable after the second day.

September 1, 2012 - Golden yellow with green ting. Moderate aroma of apple, lime and peach with a similar palate. Crisp acidity with a light to moderate mouth feel and lingering finish. A very nice Albarino blend.

May 11, 2012 - Blend of 70% Alvarino, 20%, Loureira, and 10% Caino Bianco. Pretty greenish tinged, golden color with a medium texture. Peach, flowers, and mineral aromas. Crisp mouthfeel with distinct flavors of white peach, and green apple, underscored with a slightly salty mineral component. Balanced acidity lends to the fresh crisp character. Very long, pleasant finish
