April 8, 2023 - Pleasantly surprised - probably improvement on previous bottle. Quite vibrant colour still, no sign of ageing really. Bit reserved on nose, but nice savoury /fruit mix on palate. Double decanted, quite a lot of sediment.
Two nights later, last glass or so, fruit largely gone, tannin more evident, harder work.
Probably needing drunk in next couple of years.

March 5, 2023 - Black cherry, blackberry, tobacco, pencil shavings, tarragon and the slightest hint of oak on the nose. The palate is lighter and less intense than the nose with notes of black cherry, blackberry and black licorice. A little oak and bitterness throughout.

Medium bodied with medium acid and medium tannin still sticking around. Overall pretty consistent with the last time I had this (September, 2022). Drink now!

September 28, 2022 - Blueberry, cherry, blackberry, dry maple, dirt, smoked wood and black pepper on the nose. Flavors are mostly consistent with the aromas (a little more bitter on the palate and no smoked wood), and medium intensity of both. Medium body with medium + acid but only medium - tannin.

This is very much a Bordeaux from a parallel universe where over-ripeness, over extraction and high alcohol wines never became popular. Drink this now; I don't think it will benefit from further aging.

November 26, 2021 - Attractive dark red color and a fresh bouquet. Plenty of dark fruit, but rather dry, woody and tannic. Might need some more time.

Bof bof !
