  September 7, 2013 - Apricot, peach, honey, fig, and a bit of mineral on the nose. Very dense and sumptuous, with the pit fruit favors giving way to a fairly honeyed center. It becomes just a bit cloying (not enough acidity to lend balance), but has a nice long finish. Paired with grilled pineapple.

  January 24, 2012 - Deep golden colour. On the nose and palate, lots of peel - orange, lemon and grapefruit. Dense sugary texture though. Obviously, this has no age, so little in the way of complexity other than the layers of dense primary fruits. Nice enough.
