Community Tasting Notes 4

December 2, 2011 - Opened and tasted over 3 days corked on the counter. Fairly tight initially. Very fragrant. Sweet on the palate. Over those 3 days the wine evolved in a positive fashion and was well balanced and a beautiful example of a NSG. I was very impressed. My counter stress test suggest life ahead.

April 15, 2007 - Classic Burg and drinking really well now. Nice balance & color.

March 10, 2007 - Palm Springs: Fairly rich, still full of life, very earthy, a bit more rustic than C de la R, classic Nuits, but drank too much already. M&D, Bri, Bernie, etc.--flank steak.
