September 25, 2011 - Medium straw in glass, pretty nose of soft pineapple and melon, with a perfectly-balanced dry palate of pinapple and casaba melon, framed by refreshing acidity, with a pleasant and lingering finish. Hit of the dinner as an aperitif with mixed appetizers and cheese.

March 21, 2011 - Lite gold with medium viscosity in the glass. Petrol, lavender, hazelnut, vanilla and wet stone on the nose. Citrus, lavender and pith on the palate. Heavy minerality produces a medium, citric and granite licking finish.
