  November 7, 2014 - Light petrol, sweet flowers, white grape juice on the nose. Nice mouthfeel, with a rich, soft layer of fruit leading into a nice mineral and acid driven finish. A bit off dry, but nicely balanced.

  June 29, 2014 - Deep yellow color with nose of stone fruit and grapes. Moderate body, doesn't seem very acid. Palate is sweet fruit with slate. More Old World style. A little sweet for my taste, but OK as an aperitif.

  December 16, 2013 - Terrific off-dry riesling. Green apple and pineapple, with enough mineral and a bite to make it interesting. Seems just a tad bit sweeter than the first bottle I opened.

  June 16, 2013 - Same as previous tasting notes with one addition, this bottle seemed slightly sweeter than the previous bottle.

  March 20, 2013 - Pretty outstanding - cut flowers and apple on the nose but more like an off-dry cider, adding green grapes and a hint of salt. Ripe pear and tart green apples arrive on the palate finishing with honeysuckle, lemon rind and notes of cream. Disappointing it's our last bottle....
