May 20, 2020 - Has been in the fridge for years. Opened for Babi’s 25th birthday pancake dinner. Surprised it was still drinkable. Sweet but nice vinous mid palate. Look for more. Would be great with Mexican food.

February 26, 2015 - Just discovered a bottle which had been stored in possibly a warmer than average spot. Still drinking nicely, & if tasted blindly, I'd have NEVER imagined it to be as old! NICELY balanced, with notable petrol on the nose.

Rounded and crisp on the palate with pink grapefruit, pear, and peach with well-balanced fruit, sugar, and acidity. 100% Riesling. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. 11% alcohol. 2.29% Residual Sugar. Recommended. Sample provided by winery.
