February 25, 2014 - Dark, fruity, smooth. Absolutely no defects and quite a bit of up- front, if rather simple, pleasure. No tannins or acidity to hold it together, so don't lay down!

August 24, 2013 - Deep dark red color. Medium body. Lots of potent black berry fruits as well as some dusty earth notes. Robust, firm tannins and a brisk acidity contribute to a rather powerful experience, one that smooths considerably after thirty minutes of air. An excellent value; great southern French wine.
