February 3, 2013 - Nice green apple nose with some hints of honey, dust and ash. Mounth of green apples, honey and grass. Typical but well balanced acidity.

August 25, 2012 - If anything the acidity has become even more pronounced, and while this may be the style of the vintage this is becoming too much for me. Apple, lemon, orange.

February 20, 2012 - Excellent nose with classical riesling notes, not too tropical. In the mouth it is dominated by soaring acidity. Personally I usually like such a level of acidity, however for this specific wine I'm not sure if it has enough fruit to support it. The 'sauvage' is in most vintages one of my favorite values, but I'm not convinced yet of this one. I will test more bottles later.

Good acid. Fruity. Somewhat short.
