May 28, 2017 - Rich, creamy, spice with some darker, mature notes, though still very much on the primary fruit; serious stuff with all the elegance, that NZ Pinot can be. Will keep, but showing very well IMHO...

February 19, 2013 - Fantastic depth of fruit and richness. Great persistence and intensity. Contradictory in its subtle intricate start followed by a powerful fruit intensity. Ata Rangi like, but with more fruit weight and length.

Had the Te Muna 09 afterwards, a good wine made to look poor by the quality of this wine.

June 3, 2012 - Poured through aerator and drank immediately. Light purple color. Lovely blueberry nose, good balance and decent finish. Reminded me of the Paul Hobbs RRV Pinots, only less complex. Delicious--drink now or very soon, as not enough gusto to hold up for the long haul.

    April 1, 2012 - Nice NZ PN.

November 6, 2011 - Cherry and pepper, a bit tight.
