October 15, 2012 - Another outstanding bottle. This one a little cleaner. Crisp and balanced with just a bit of pineapple coming through after opening. Paired with some Buffalo Wings.

March 21, 2012 - Nose a little tight at first but on the palate is immediately a very juicy lemon that quickly evolved to tropical pineapple, remains crisp and clean and not overly sweet. An outstanding Sauv Blanc that I'll need to acquire more of.
