November 28, 2019 - Really exceptional Pinot. Popped and poured after our Thanksgiving meal. After about 30 minutes, it was tasting wonderful. Don’t wait too long. After it had been open an hour it really flattened out. But for an hour, it was the best Pinot I have had in a long time.

September 4, 2018 - A breathtaking Oregon Pinot, the 2010 White Rose Estate possesses a graceful sensory arc of candied cherries, rose petals, sweet spices, and sous bois. It's elegant and nimble in the mouth, framed in fine, sweeping tannins that crescendo and submerge beneath layers of cinnamon bark, chokecherry, and rose hip. Whole-cluster fermented, from the estate's old vines—I am told the yield was only 1/2 ton per acre in 2010.

January 17, 2013 - 2 Days in the Valley- Day 2 (Willamette Valley, OR): Nose: Extremely perfumed nose that fills the glass with unctuous tones of red fruits, red berries, spice tones, some rhubarb, and wild flowers. There is very good depth and class to go with the perfumed nature of the nose.

Taste: There is a silky medium body with medium+ acidity and nice supporting tannins. The structure does show the youth of the wine, but there are beautiful tones of red fruits, red berries, spice tones, and wild flowers on the back end.

Overall: This is a beautiful and gorgeous pinot. The tones are complex on both the palate and nose while showing a good amount of youth as well. This more than has the ability to develop and be something even better.
