May 9, 2017 - Still exciting, still fresh, and tastes exactly like the last person noted... color was probably markedly darker though, but it was good enough that it made seeing the Rangers eliminated far more palatable.

June 3, 2011 - Bill's Monthly Lunch - June 2011 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – Medium yellow in colour. Beautifully mature nose of sweet citrus fruits, light honey and toasty oak. In the mouth there is a good amount of acid with flavours of fully developed citrus fruits and hints of honey, nuts and well-integrated oak. Well-balanced. Drink now. Excellent.
