    June 3, 2011 - Bill's Monthly Lunch - June 2011 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – Medium yellow in colour. Beautifully mature nose of sweet citrus fruits, light honey and toasty oak. In the mouth there is a good amount of acid with flavours of fully developed citrus fruits and hints of honey, nuts and well-integrated oak. Well-balanced. Drink now. Excellent.
