June 23, 2012 - distinctive rose. the cab franc profile of herbs and bell pepper realy comes through on this one.

January 3, 2012 - Beautiful nose of berries and earth. Didn't serve it ice cold and we were rewarded in the nose and the great palate of crisp minerality and herbs in addition to the complex strawberry flavors.

October 15, 2011 - I quite liked this but its a bit more complex than the regular summer quaffer and maybe not the best venue to have it in (which I did) Has the strawberry nose for sure but the cream palate quickly turns to a more lean earth and herby note. There are some more vinous notes here to be explored, might even be better after a year? I think all types of dry Rose lovers will like this, just dont serve it right next to a fruit bomb because this offers something a bit different ( yet still has plenty of fruit to offer).

October 9, 2011 - Dry strawberries, apple, melon, and herbal notes wrapped around an acidic core. Agree with other tasters, you can tell this is a cab franc. As rose goes, this was rather profound with layers of flavor and some depth to the body. Worth contemplating a bit as you drink. Good stuff.

September 4, 2011 - My favorite of the three bottles of Rose tasted. Love the flavor profile - great mix of strawberry, melon herb (thyme?), and earth. Ripping acid begs for food. I agree with previous posters that the Cab. Franc characteristics really come through.
