December 6, 2023 - Bordeaux Blend tasting (chez moi): Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (30%), Petit Verdot (10%)
rich texture, ripe fruit flavors like plum, black cherry, and cassis, and notes of spice, tobacco, and earth. It is also described as dense, full-bodied, and having well-integrated tannins and a long, lingering finish.
can drink now - suitable for further aging.1 person found this helpful Comment -

April 17, 2021 - Drank over 1.5 hours. Drinking well, no sign of fading. A don't see any debilitating elements. Drink now to 2022.

December 30, 2018 - Almost opaque, well balanced, smooth tannins and leather, some dark fruit. Elegant but moderately complex. Better than the 2009 Ferrande which was a disappointment. Time to drink the 2010 now.

March 27, 2016 - Deep, almost opaque garnet colour. Slightly yellow hue on the rim. Nose is crushed dark cherry, hints of camp fire. Firm, chewy tannins grab the palate up front, yielding to smoky cigar box, chocolate, somewhat concentrated dark forest fruits, and a hint of baking spice. Finish is silky vanilla with a cherry overtone.

September 24, 2015 - Perfectly acceptable, medium bodied, early drinking, easy to taste, light quaffer with black raspberries and a bit of tobacco.
