Cracking showcase of true 09 BV Mclaren vale Shiraz.
Wish I had more! Velvet tannins, good fruit & length to die for. Boss combo with 3 day sous vide lamb shoulder & truffle mash. -

June 23, 2019 - Yum, the years have treated it well. Much better than the last one I opened a few years back. Forest fruits. Soft tannin. Still juicy, belying it’s age. This is a quality wine which is ready to be enjoyed, but will certainly hold up for a few years yet.
