April 1, 2014 - {screwcap, 13.1%} Pale straw-yellow. Fairly youthful, but salty and briney nose, with just a dash of sour lemon. The palate has a stonewash/minerally/machine-oil quality to it. It's has spiny acidity, rather than terribly powerful, but finishes quite mildly in low-intensity flavour of limetones, salt and oyster shells. Dry but not rasping, it finishes crisply but rather shorter in length than you'd like. OK for a few years but not something to cellar.
