  November 24, 2020 - Very nice. Not too sweet. Need to remember CellarTracker can do Sake and get some real notes.

Pale straw; Medium-plus intensity aromatics, citrus oil, slight floral, clean but deep aromas; palate is full bodied, robust flavors, slight yeast, very smooth and elegant throughout, alcohol is actually very well integrated, some citrus oil throughout, very slight sweetness; finish is medium-plus, clean, robust flavors. This is surprisingly good and pairs excellently with salmon and other seafood. Excellent value. 91
  Day 2: Astringent, and this definitely is not as good as yesterday. I'll use the rest for cooking.

  Light honey suckle flavors and a hint of roses with lovely texture, but the alcohol is very present and detracts a bit. I’m curious if this was a bit old.

  October 9, 2017 - Drank over the course of two meals several weeks apart. On the first occasion, found it somewhat restrained. On the second occasion, it was much more robust and enjoyable. But a lovely sake that paired well both with meals of Sushi and Donburi.
