November 26, 2021 - Fully mature and arguably a year or two past its prime, this was medium bodied, crisp and still bright with flavors of bruised apple, aged Parmesan and jasmine. Tasty for what it was.

July 14, 2018 - A nice blend of richness and vibrancy, with slightly honeyed fruit wrapped around a core of fresh, flinty, tartness, it would be a good substitute for a very well made Chablis and is not showing its age at all.

June 23, 2017 - Precise flinty and delicious Muscadet of your dreams and tastes like a 2016 it is so extraordinarily fresh

January 19, 2017 - January birthday craziness (Chicago, IL): About as Muscadet as you can get. The age on this has done nothing to temper the racy and crisp acidity and minerality here. There's a touch of yellow fruit as well, but the palate feels a little dilute and perhaps a bit underripe too. I much preferred the 2003 version of this.

March 10, 2015 - Still quite young, this has a fairly full palate of saline, crushed rocks, salt and lemon with tons of lip-smacking acidity; Nose is a little muted and this needs some more time (or at least a lengthy decant) to shed some of its baby fat
