October 21, 2012 - Pale gold. Aromas of apples, unripe pears and peaches, some minerals. Palate follows with a nice minerality that pushes through the mid-palate. Finishes dry with minerals and apples nice long finish. Marred just slightly with some heat at the end. Nicely done.
