May 29, 2013 - 15 Cabernet Francs: Very dark colour, almost black. In the nose, pencil shavings, very dark aromatics based on blackberries, some green pepper. Impressive, but not a lot of finesse or nuances. On the palate, it's slightly sweet, the tannins and acidity are rather soft, you can sense the very ripe fruit, rather short finish. Lacks a bit of tension.
