  October 1, 2013 - Totally randomly and coincidentally, had this exactly one year to the day of my last bottle. This one is even better than the last. Aromas are nice and fairly light, certainly bright and acidic, with quartz and other mineral tones at the fore, with just the slightest big of strawberry juice. Palate intensity is high, with lovely mineral notes that billow through the nostrils as it's splashed around the mouth. Some sweet pumpkin notes with salt on top, all laden with those bright mineral notes. High acid attacks on the finish of this beauty, as this transitions to soft texture and a sexy lingering fruit notion. I'm really finding these skin macerated Pinot Gris need about 4 years from harvest and they really begin to sing. A beauty!

  November 30, 2012 - Color: brownish gold. Taste: Not your traditional citrus, simple, pinot gris. Structure is unique. Flowers, exotic fruit (pear, fresh apricot), mineral, very long palette, Do not remember much more - it was a couple of days and no notes..
