April 14, 2023 - Similar to the 08 and 10. Still young but it has matured enough to be interesting.

January 29, 2022 - Drinking very well. Had with herbed lamb chops and roasted, glazed carrots. Needs a few hours to open in bottle, no decant. Aromas of bougey, dean & deluca Swedish fish, granite mineral, fermented tobacco, smoke, and some ethereal spicy aromas. Mouth follows with perfect intensity. Gaining flavors of sophisticated Redvines, black plum skins, mineral, following up with an earthy-animal grit on the finish. Med + acid, Med tannin, Full body.
Overall, the wine is still quite young, good life ahead of it, quite enjoyable to drink now. -

January 11, 2022 - From Coravin. What a lovely surprise this was. It has certainly benefited from some time in the cellar. And it isn’t even fully integrated yet. Lots of tannic grip together with dark fruit (Blackcurrant and Cherries) plus a powerful mixture of spices. It needs to come fully together to really shine.

August 23, 2021 - Young, spicy, still tannic. Dark red fruits but not black. Touch of warmth. Needs 3-5 more years.

May 31, 2021 - When these wines age long enough they really sing. This one was doing the melody and harmony. Tastes like something far more than the cost. Wish I had more.
