  September 29, 2013 - I love this Sauv. Complex, beguiling, a wonderful combination of oak, acidity, and so many underlying tones. Who knew you could do so much with this varietal?

  May 18, 2013 - Another fabulous Stratus white, not that much of this varietal in Niagara, but when it's done right it's excellent, and I personally enjoy the oaked versions for the subtlety vs. the over intense models from NZ - Dark, full bodied with a nose of muted grass, lime, grapefruit, lemon and cream, very well structured and balanced, intense yet with finesse, tart and smooth on the palate with very good length, excellent (91 Points).

  December 16, 2012 - Absolutely wonderful, full mouth feel, nice finish, lots of lush flavours pouring over the tongue. Beautiful wine.

  March 7, 2012 - Best Sauv. Blanc. I have ever had. Lovely straw colour Nice fruit and butter nose with a hint of oak and vanilla. Good body, very complex. Mature fruit flavours --gooseberry, lychee, peach, and with some nice herbals maybe olives. Buttery oak that brings a hint of chardonnay in the wine without losing the nice sauv. blanc characteristics. Well balanced acidity and a long pleasant finish of cream and grass. A true joy.
