Community Tasting Notes 3

May 4, 2018 - Hommage a DryCab - Washington Wines release; 5/3/2018-5/5/2018 (Various spots in Walla Walla): From a teeny tiny pour because I am really not a chardonnay person and I wanted to leave the wine for folks who would appreciate it more. This was very well structured and clearly a pretty wine. For me, it's like looking at a piece of artwork done by a very talented artist that is just not in your style. You can recognize the talent and quality, but somehow doesn't speak to me.

March 15, 2017 - Gorgeous, caramel, fat, tasty, rich, long finish. #31 white Burg--notes seriously lacking.

May 12, 2012 - A lot of toasted oak in the bouquet as well as the mouth and the concentrated fruits can handle it. Almonds, caramel, tropical fruits. This wine is still much too young, but a great effort.
